Nor will ever rising rents strangling the life out of smaller businesses, and motivating them not to innovate. The turnover in the studios is very very quick. Most small studios have about 5 companies in them, and still struggle.

Pod 1's art gallery is very special. For the past three months it has exhibited some polystyrene letters saying "pod1" lit up with a pink neon striplight. That costs in my estimate £4500. Sad. Be nice to find some work in there some day.
